Public Notice Information for Actions Proposed by the Indirect Discharge Program and Underground Injection Control Program

Public comments are being accepted by the Drinking Water & Groundwater Protection Division for the permit actions listed below. The public notice document describes the proposed activity being regulated and explains how to submit comments. Conditions for conducting the proposed activity can be found in the draft permit or certification.

To be certain that comments submitted by e-mail (ANR.DWGWPDraftPermitComments@state.vt.us) are considered, it is important that the permit/certification identification number appears in the subject line of the message. Your name and mailing address should be included in the text of the e-mail message. Comments must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the last day of the comment period.

In addition to the actions listed in the following tables, the Environmental Notice Bulletin contains information about permit and certification applications under consideration by most permitting programs in the Department of Environmental Conservation.
